Forestville... On June 2,1977, Ronald B. Saunders was awarded a certificate for training by Russ Montgomery, Administrator of the Governor's Civil Tension Task Force for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Saunders received 80 hours of training in Harrisburg Pa, and he was the key staff person who handled tension cases in the Pittsburgh Regional Office of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission from 1971-78.
